  • Comfort: I like a big chair and a sturdy desk. So my perfect corner has enough room to fit those things easily. What do you need for a comfortable coloring space? Think of those things and find a place in your home that fits them comfortably.

Once you are regularly enjoying the coloring benefits, you will schedule those “Coloring Breaks” before you add in work meetings.
  • Be Flexible!: Not every coloring session needs to be the same. You do not need to color a whole page every time sit down. Nor do you have color for any specific length of time. Remember mindful coloring is about learning to let go. Don’t set expectations or goals. Simply Color.
  • Have Fun!: Yes, the best way to create a routine is to actually enjoy what you are doing. Coloring is meant to be fun, just like when we were kids. So make sure you enjoy it.
